Why our results hold up
A drug test is only as good as the process behind it. Four safeguards stand behind every collection we perform.
Chain of custody
Every specimen is sealed in tamper-evident packaging in your presence and logged into a documented custody trail from collection through analysis. That trail is what makes a result defensible.
Certified laboratory analysis
Screens are analyzed by certified laboratories. Non-negative screens are automatically forwarded for GC/MS confirmation before anyone sees a result.
Medical Review Officer
A licensed physician reviews every non-negative result and contacts the donor privately to rule out legitimate medical explanations before a result is released.
Confidentiality
Results are shared only with you and with the employer, agency or court authorized to receive them. Nothing is released without documented authorization.

Do I need an appointment?+

What should I bring to my collection?+
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every collection. If you were sent by an employer, agency or court, bring the authorization form, referral letter or order with you.
How long do results take?+
Rapid screens can be read the same day. Laboratory-confirmed urine results are typically reported in 24 to 48 hours, hair testing in 3 to 5 business days, and DNA in 3 to 7 business days.
What is chain of custody, and why does it matter?+
Chain of custody is the documented trail showing who handled a specimen, when, and under what conditions, from collection through analysis. Without it a result can be challenged. Every collection we perform is done under chain of custody.
What is a Medical Review Officer?+
An MRO is a licensed physician who reviews non-negative laboratory results. Before a positive is reported, the MRO contacts the donor confidentially to determine whether a valid prescription or medical explanation accounts for the finding.
Do you accept insurance?+
We accept Medicare, PPO plans, self-pay and direct employer billing. Coverage varies by test type and by the reason for testing, so please call ahead to confirm.
Are you DOT compliant?+
Yes. Our collectors are qualified under 49 CFR Part 40 and use the federal Custody and Control Form for all DOT collections, including FMCSA Clearinghouse reporting where applicable.
Can you come to our workplace?+
Yes. Mobile and onsite collection is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Contact us with your location, headcount and required panel for a quote.
What is respirator fit testing, and who needs it?+
Under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134, every worker who wears a tight-fitting respirator must be fit tested before first use and at least annually. We run quantitative fit tests on the OHD QuantiFit2 — about three minutes per worker — with documented, audit-ready records delivered the same day.
