About this test

Under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134, every worker who wears a tight-fitting respirator must be fit tested before first use, at least annually, and whenever the facepiece or the worker's face changes — and the record must hold up at audit. We run quantitative fit tests on the OHD QuantiFit2, which uses Controlled Negative Pressure to measure real leakage and produce a documented, defensible fit-factor number rather than a subjective pass/fail. Each test takes about three minutes per worker, and digital, audit-ready records are delivered the same day. We test individuals by appointment at our Harlem site and bring group testing events directly to shipyards, construction sites, painting and coating crews, sandblasting teams and industrial facilities — the whole crew in one visit, with zero off-site downtime.

  • Quantitative fit factor (Controlled Negative Pressure)
  • OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 initial & annual compliance
