When a trained supervisor observes specific, contemporaneous indicators of impairment, the clock starts immediately. We accept reasonable-suspicion referrals seven days a week during business hours and can dispatch a mobile collector to your site. Bring or send the completed supervisor observation documentation and we will handle the collection under full chain of custody.
